Refund and Return Policy for Motomonkey.co.in

At Motomonkey.co.in, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer the following refund and return policies:

1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund: You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for a refund.
– Non-Refundable Items: Certain items such as Oil, Spray Cans, Lubes, electrical components, customized products, or clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
– How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at [refund@motomonkey.co.in](mailto:refund@motomonkey.co.in) with your order details and photos and reason for return/refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
– Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days and will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

2. Replacement Warranty
– Eligibility for Replacement: We offer a 30-day replacement warranty** for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
– Conditions: To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
– How to Request a Replacement: Email us at [refund@motomonkey.co.in](mailto:refund@motomonkey.co.in) with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos to assess the condition of the item. Once the return is processed, a replacement will be sent out at no additional cost.
– Non-Replaceable Items: Customized or personalized items, electrical components, and items purchased as part of a clearance sale are not eligible for replacement.

3. Return Shipping
– If you are returning an item for a refund or replacement, please note that you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

4. Exceptions
-Oils, Customized or Electrical Components: Please note that customized products or electrical components are final sale and cannot be refunded or replaced unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
